The products, which range from elite skin care to highly innovative hair care and toiletries, have been evolved in order to meet the ‘full service’ requirements of many JARVIS DEVELOPMENT clients. Our clients sought the same JARVIS expertise, value, flexibility and consistency, for the manufacture of their products as they had experienced in development.

The key to the success of JARVIS PRODUCTION is that all formulae, whether or not an original JARVIS DEVELOPMENT, are produced with the same care, and the same stringent quality analysis.
All JARVIS DEVELOPMENT products are thoroughly tested before manufacturing. However, when clients entrust us with formulae from external developers, we require the same testing, stability, micro-contamination resistance, pack compatibility, manufacturing instruction verification, to be carried out by our laboratories. When the laboratory is satisfied with the formulae and the methods of manufacturing, the product is scaled up to a manufacturing batch in a pilot plant. Only when the product has completed its pilot batch trials is it signed off for regular manufacturing.
To monitor the crucial transition from laboratory to factory, the same experienced chemist who handled the development will oversee the process, thus providing a ‘hands-on’ understanding of the behavior of the materials to be expected in the manufacturing process.
Once in the process of being made, all products follow strictly controlled process procedures to ensure conformity and consistency. Samples are taken from each production run at all critical points, and recorded for future reference.
Our programme of investment has ensured that, where possible, all processes are automated.
This significantly reduces lead times, and provides tighter and stricter conformity.

Our commitment to ‘no animal testing’ is a reflection of a broader ethical policy to care for our environment in every way possible. Everyone within JARVIS is taught to recognise the delicate balance of the natural world and they learn that the necessity of maintaining it is their responsibility. For this reason, we ensure both JARVIS suppliers and JARVIS customers maintain a similar ethical stance. JARVIS PRODUCTION has invested, and will continue to invest, only in the most advanced environmentally friendly technology to meet our growing production requirements.

JARVIS PRODUCTION have exhaustive sets of procedures to cover any rare and unforeseen circumstances, thus maximising confidence for our clients.
Every item produced by JARVIS PRODUCTION, uses raw materials that have been thoroughly tested and, because all production uses GMP, we are confident in the quality of finished products. Incoming raw materials are quarantined until passed by Quality Control, which, as an integral part of the laboratory, has a working knowledge of materials, those new to the manufacturing process.
The standards set within JARVIS PRODUCTION are adhered to rigidly. All manufactured goods are cross-referenced against raw material codes thus we are able to offer full traceability.
