JARVIS MANUFACTURING, one of three divisions of the JARVIS group, encompasses all aspects of the process that is needed to turn your chosen formulae into a finished product. However, we believe our responsibility goes beyond simply making and packaging a cosmetic. Therefore, we aim to provide a complete service, which ultimately allows clients more opportunity to concentrate on their core business, thus increasing their chances of success in an ever more competitive marketplace.
Production
Every product that goes through our manufacturing areas does so to strict codes of practice. Manufactured goods are only ever manufactured to order. They are monitored constantly throughout every process. To give peace of mind clients are encouraged to become part of the quality control system by giving the final seal of approval before anything is filled or packed for dispatch. Filling
We specialise in short and medium runs and are constantly investing in new plant, machinery and technology to improve efficiency, quality and safety. This ensures that clients who rely on such runs particularly those that are at the niche top end of the market get their products at a cost effective price that does not compromise attention to detail. Services
To further reduce the workload on our clients we have broadened our support services, leaving clients free to concentrate solely on the promotion of their brand. JARVIS support has lead to spectacular growth of some clients, without putting extra strain on their resources. By organising everything from transportation to warehousing, we can alleviate many of the obstacles that stand in the way of innovative, highly sought after brands. We recognise that inevitably some clients growth is going to be greater than others and that their popularity will make them internationally desirable.
