As well as best value, JARVIS FILLING clients demand flexibility: this is the key benefit of our resource. Carefully planned investment has provided a highly efficient and flexible filling division that can handle most products. We are able to fill hot and cold products of all viscosities into a multitude of packs, from standard plastic bottles and jars to the most delicate and elegant glass containers, from tiny ampoules to plastic tubes of all sizes. Possibly the greatest flexibility is that JARVIS FILLING does not impose minimum filling runs and, whilst small runs do not benefit from economies of scale, our small run facility does offer more scope for exclusive brands.

JARVIS FILLING comprises many production lines from manual cream and liquid fillers, through semi-automatic machines, to fully automatic lines. This ensures maximum benefits of speed and value to our clients, no matter what the run size.
JARVIS recognise that machines alone do not provide the efficiency desired by clients. Consequently operators within the department are taught the importance of vigilance, whether working alone on hand-filling and hand-finishing products, or as part of a team running product on automatic lines.
This training extends not only to the correct handling of product and components, but also stresses the necessity to observe complete client confidentiality.

Everything filled in JARVIS complies with GMP; our quality control department, which is part of the laboratory, control all aspects and all stages of the filling runs. Like JARVIS MANUFACTURING we have full traceability of all products that are being filled, when a product leaves the premises the code on the pack will allow access to records right back to the origin of raw materials. For this reason JARVIS FILLING is used only for products we have either developed or manufactured: only in exceptional circumstances will we undertake contract filling of another manufacturer’s material.
